Core Responsibilities:

Manage Rhythm of the Business (ROB) for executive team:

o Build and own integrated ROB calendar for the year across IEB executive team.

o Program management on key LT meetings including managing agenda, process, reporting and follow-up on action items across the entire organization.

o Create scorecarding process to track progress against key business metrics and projects. This includes understanding root causes and helping work with internal teams to move items from red to green.

Own Space Planning and Strategy

Ensure team Financials are tracked and reported in alignment with finance team

to further align workplace with business objectives including future business

?

Run QBR and prepare decks and follow up on action items

Desired Requirements/Qualifications:

6+ years experience in business management, program management or other related business functions.

Self-starter with proven capacity for thought leadership, aptitude for seeking creative solutions to multifaceted problems.

Should possess exceptional relationship and communication skills and be able to interact effectively with senior executives; must be an analytical problem solver; enjoy working as part of a team; and have cross-cultural sensitivity, persistence, diplomacy, creativity, and a calming demeanor.

Excellent project and program management capabilities to drive execution of critical decisions and manage complex follow-up activities.

Creative thinker who can see 'the big picture' and unite new and disparate ideas with practical plans.

Works comfortably in the face of ambiguity while driving persistently towards success and often behind the scenes.

Very organized and process focused. Ability to clearly prioritize and effectively manage multiple tasks and projects in parallel.

The ability to work effectively in a loosely structured team environment that demands a high degree of cooperation, flexibility, and teaming.

Strong management & leadership: Managing multi-disciplined teams and working across v-teams.

Demonstrated strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
